At Viña Don Melchor, we want to guarantee our wine’s authenticity. Therefore, starting with the 2022 vintage, we have included a security seal called Prooftag™ Bubble Seal® on each bottle’s capsule.

The seal is a unique and irreproducible bubble code associated with a QR code and an alphanumeric code, allowing us to provide our customers with the highest quality and prevent imitations.

This seal offers double protection:

• A tamper-proof seal on the capsule confirms the bottle’s origin and integrity while indicating any tampering attempts.
• The seal features a Bubble Tag™ made of a translucent polymer in which a random pattern of bubbles is self-generated by physical reaction. This unique constellation of bubbles matches a specific identity, like a fingerprint for each bottle.
